Grab your antlers and join us before the Christmas parade in a fun-filled holiday run supporting the MCHS and MCJHS Cross Country and Track programs. The race will be on Saturday, December 1st, 2012 and will begins at 9 a.m. and will start and end at the Macon County Court House. Pre-Registration fee is $25 or $35 the day of the race. Students are $15. Awards will be given to the top three finishers in each age group and an award will be given to the runner with the best Christmas theme attire.

The Sprinters Group is a non-profit group which supports the Macon County Cross Country and Track programs of MCHS and MCJHS in Lafayette, TN.

The proposed route for the Jingle Bell 5K Run is: Start on square and proceed out College Street, Turn Right onto Fairlane Drive, Turn Left on Church Street, Turn Right onto Field Street, Veer Left onto Bratton Avenue at Methodist Church, Past Church take first Right onto West End Drive, Turn Left onto Meador Drive, take the next Right onto Forrest Circle, At next Yield Bear Right, At next juncture take Right onto King Road, Take Left onto Birch Street, Take next Left onto Ellington Drive, Follow All the way to Sullivan’s Pond and take Left onto Lake Circle, Take Left onto Bratton Avenue,  Take next Right onto Field Street, Take Left onto Church Street, Back to Finish.
