New NCTC President & CEO to Take Over Position May 18th PDF Print E-mail

Newly elected North Central Telephone Cooperative president and CEO Nancy Johnson White, the former CEO of Cerion Optimization Services, Inc., in Frisco, Texas, will take over the position on Monday, May 18th.

NCTC vice president of finance and administration Johnny McClanahan has been serving as the cooperative’s president and CEO on an interim basis since July 1, 2008 after Thomas Rowland submitted his request for retirement last June, following more than 20 years as North Central Telephone’s president and CEO.

White, who served as group vice president for Nortel from 1979-2003 and senior vice president for sales at Telcordia from 2004-2006, is a native of Carthage, Tennessee. Her husband, Dana, is a Macon County native and the son of longtime Macon Bank & Trust employee Robert White.
