On Monday afternoon, March 12^th, Trooper Danny Fisher was called to a one-vehicle accident around 2:15 p.m. on the infamous Highway 10 South hill, to investigate a roll-over wreck that injured a teenager, who lives on Shrum Cemetery Road in Westmoreland.
