Officer William Joseph Russell, of the Red Boiling Springs Police Department, was fired on Friday, August 17^th, after his wife, Charlene Lynn Gifford Russell, was involved in several brushes with the law. RBS Chief Terry Tuck stated that in the most recent incident, Ms. Russell was found unconscious at the intersection of Highway 52 and 10, in Lafayette, with two small children sitting in the front passenger seat.
