Country music fans from all around the southeast will want to be in Red Boiling Springs this weekend for a “once-in-a-lifetime” concert featuring some of the most famous country music artists ever.

The concert, which is scheduled for Saturday, March 21, at The Donoho Family Entertainment Theater, will feature two shows, including one at 3 p.m. and the nightcap at 7 p.m.

It was standing room only Monday night, March 16, as folks poured into the hallway and down the stairs of the Macon County Courthouse, waiting to speak their minds during a public meeting to discuss amending county zoning regulations and development standards for commercial animal operations under the Regulations of Confined Animal Operations (CAFO), and all other commercial contract farming operations.
