Mr. Leftrick was a U.S. Vietnam Army Veteran.

Mr. Leftrick was the son of the late Floyd Junior Leftrick and Doris Adean Pewitt of Jupiter, Fla. Besides his mother he is also survived by his spouse, Phyllis Keen Leftrick of Westmoreland, Tenn.; sons, Stacy Brian Keen of Lafayette, Jason Matthew Leftrick of Westmoreland; daughters, Lena Keller, LeAnn Gilmore both of Lafayette, Becky McDonald, Lisa Koss both of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; sister, Diane Bloomberg of Jupiter, Fla. and 4 grandchildren.
