Beulah Dickens Roberts, age 89, of Sunrise Community in Macon County, TN passed away Friday morning, January 4, 2013 at the Hendersonville Medical Center in Hendersonville, TN. Funeral Services for Beulah Dickens Roberts were conducted Sunday afternoon, January 6, 2013 at 2 p.m. from the chapel of the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN with Wayne Meador officiating. Interment followed in the Cartwright Cemetery. Shannon Roberts, Matt Roberts, Matt Barlow, Daniel Meador, Zack Roberts and Zane Roberts served as pallbearers. Beulah was born Friday, August 3, 1923 in Macon County, Tennessee, the daughter of the late George and Ida White Dickens. She married Edward C. Roberts, who preceded her in death on February 8, 1988. In addition to her husband and parents, she was also preceded in death by her sister, Evell Jones and brothers, Oakley and J. B. Dickens. Beulah was a homemaker and a member of the Drapers Crossroads Church of Christ. Survivors include: daughter, Margie Meador and husband, Ira D., of Sunrise Community, sons, Norman Roberts and wife, Lorene of Sunrise Community, Jackie Roberts of Lafayette, sister, Helen Carnahan and husband, Don of Lafayette, brother, Odell Dickens of Gallatin, 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Clifton Wilson was born in Jackson County, Tennessee, on August 30, 1928 to the late Jonathan Wilson and Georgia Minchey Wilson. He was one of eight siblings born to this union.
In 1957, Clifton was married to Vida Willene Smith, who preceded him in death in 2012. Besides his wife and parents, Clifton’s brothers, Robert Wilson and Jesse Wilson, sisters Bradley Brandon and Dean White, and Infant daughter, Betty Lou Wilson also preceded him in death. “Simple man”, describes Clifton to the fullest. Clifton worked as a farmer all of his life raising tobacco and tending cattle. He was a devoted family man, his wife and children were top priority. He enjoyed watching football and being with his family, especially the grandchildren. As a young man, he was saved by the grace of God, and later became a member of Brattontown Missionary Baptist Church, where he remained a member until his passing. On Friday, November 30, 2012 the Lord called Clifton home. He will be greatly missed by his family and all who knew and loved him. Funeral services for Clifton Wilson were conducted Sunday, December 2 at 2:30 pm from the Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Elder Barry Miller officiating. Jeremy Wilson, Phillip Church, Joe Parson, Andy Graves, Ricky Wilson, and Nicky Wilson served as Pallbearers.  Interment followed in the Drury Cemetery. Clifton is survived by, Sons and Daughters-in-law, Elder Richard “Ricky” (Teresa) Wilson, Nicky (Teresa) Wilson, Brothers and Sisters-in-law, Sherman (Sue) Wilson, Vic (Patsy) Wilson all of Lafayette, TN, Draper (Helen) Wilson of Hendersonville, TN, four Grandchildren and nine Great Grandchildren also survive.

Aaron Wade Wilkerson, of the Kirbytown Community in Macon County, TN, was born on Monday, November 20, 1967. He departed this life on Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at the age of 45 years. Funeral services for Aaron Wilkerson were conducted from the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette at 1 p.m. on Friday, November 30th with Elder Bobby Hale and Elder Don Watts officiating. Interment followed in the Anderson & Son Memorial Park. Honorary pallbearers were Phillip “Cowboy” Christian, Chris Flynn, Phil Woodard, Alan Glynn, Timmy Scruggs and Jeffrey Wilkerson. Pallbearers were Jeffrey Richardson, Brian Richardson, Gaylan Angel, Gary Wix, Mark Tyree, Billy Smith and Dustin Wilkerson. Aaron was married to the former Barbara Richardson on February 2, 1993. He had been a truck driver for Performance Food Group in Lebanon for the past 18 years, and was a member of the Rocky Mound Missionary Baptist Church. Aaron was preceded in death by his grandparents, Freelan and Willie Pearl DeVault Wilkerson, and Roy and Olean Beechboard Knight. In addition to Barbara, his wife of 19 years, he is survived by two step-daughters, Monica and husband Joey Wilkerson of Lafayette, and Veronica Miller of Lafayette; his parents, Charles and Sandra Wilkerson; a brother and sister-in-law, Charles Elon and Jan Wilkerson, all of the Rocky Mound Community; granddaughters, Keleigh Wilkerson and Abigail Berry; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Zelma Morgan Gentry, age 86 of Red Boiling Springs, TN passed away Sunday morning, December 2, 2012 at her son's residence. Funeral Services for Zelma Morgan Gentry were conducted Tuesday afternoon, December 4, 2012 at 1 p.m. from the Red Boiling Springs Church of Christ with Jimmy Cook officiating.  Interment followed in the Whitley Cemetery.  Her pallbearers were Tony Russell, Bob Cowan, Josh Cowan, Chuck Jordan, David Burton and Danny Knight.
Zelma was born January 7, 1926 in Macon County, TN, the daughter of the late Charlie and Susie Hix Morgan.  On December 24, 1957, she married Donald Gentry who preceded her in death on February 28, 1993.  In addition to her husband and parents, she was also preceded in death by her brother, Windel Morgan.  Zelma was a homemaker, garment factory worker for the former Imperial Reading in Lafayette with 25 years of service and a member of the Red Boiling Springs Church of Christ.
Survivors include: son & daughter-in-law, Danny & Rebecca Gentry, sister, Dean Wright, brothers & sister-in-law, Charles Morgan all of Red Boiling Springs, Willard & ImoJean Morgan, Leonard Community, 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Roger Dale Brawner, of the Haysville Community in Macon County, TN, was born on Tuesday, July 27, 1943, one of two children born to the late Fred and Elizabeth Hire Brawner.  He departed this life on Monday, November 12, 2012 at the age of 69.  Funeral services for Roger Brawner were conducted from the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 16th with Brother Guthrie Gregory and Brother Chad Harston officiating.  Interment followed in the Haysville Cemetery.  Honorary pallbearers were Charlie Darnell, Homer Blankenship, Ben Holder, H.B. Cunningham, Glenn Patterson and a host of special golf friends. Pallbearers were Brian West, Davis White, Gordon Branham, Adam Branham, Chris Shaw, Donnie Bowman and Derrick Newberry.  Roger was married to the former Martha Conner on August 12, 1975.  He had worked for Cunningham Motors as a Sales Manager for several years and was of the General Baptist belief.  In addition to his parents, Roger was preceded in death by an infant sister, Delilah Brawner.   Along with Martha, his wife of 37 years, he is survived by sons and daughter-in-law, Perry Brawner, and Rocky and Darla Brawner, all of Hendersonville; daughter, Jamie Brawner of Lafayette; grandchildren, Kyle Brawner, Christen Brawner, Mikayla Brawner and Marlee Brawner, all of Hendersonville; stepmother, Shirley Brawner of Lafayette, father-in-law and mother-in-law, Lewis and Stella Conner of Scottsville, KY.
