MCHS Head Football Coach Mark Pemberton resigned Monday March 5th at the Macon County Board of Education. 

Pemberton spent two years at the helm of the Macon County Tigers, taking the Tigers to the TSSAA Football playoffs both years and amassing a 10-12 record in two seasons.

Prior to Macon County he spent one year at West Laurens High in Georgia and nine seasons at Knoxville Catholic. He will be taking over as the head coach at Brentwood High School.
