Elmer Leroy Tosh, 78

  Mr. Elmer Leroy Tosh, age 78, of Westmoreland, Tenn., passed away Tues., Feb. 3, 2009 at Westmoreland Care and Rehabilition. Funeral services for Mr. Tosh were held Thurs., Feb. 5 from the Chapel of Woodard Funeral Home, with Bro. Larry Emery and Bro. Randy Andrews officiating and the Wolfe Family administering the music. Interment will be in Macon County Memorial Gardens.

Active Pallbearers were Jimmy Hesson, Kenneth Hoskins, Mike Key, Troy Prock, Steven Bradley, Daniel Bradley, Caleb Andrews and Donnie Hesson Mr. Tosh is survived by his wife Frances Delois Wolfe Andrews Tosh of Westmoreland; daughter Jane Hesson of Lafayette, Tenn.; step-son Randy Andrews of Westmoreland; step daughters Lori Prock of Westmoreland and Melinda Stafford of Westmoreland;brother Johnson Tosh of Frendonia, KY; sisters Virginia Harper of Hopkinsville KY and Noami Keller of Mt Vernon, Ohio; 2 Grandchildren; 8 Step-Grandchildren; 5 Great-Grandchildren and 9 Step Great-Grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents Lexie and Erma Dalton Tosh; sons Charles Wayne Tosh and James Lee Tosh; brothers Norris and Delmer Tosh; and sister  Blondall Brown. Mr. Tosh served in the Korean War Conflict and was retired from TRW, Ross Gear, Lebanon, Tenn.
