MCHS XC Travels to Hoover, Alabama

On Saturday September 10^th, 2011 the MCHS Cross Country Team
competed in the 11th Annual Chickasaw Trails Invitational at the Oakville Indian Mounds Park & Educational Center
in Oakdale Alabama.

  Over 2041 Junior High and High School Runners
ran in Saturday’s meet. The Macon County Girls finished 11^th out of
25 schools in the Large School division. 316 girls ran in this division. The
Macon County Boys finished 22^nd out of 29 schools. 449 boys ran in
this division. Finishing as an Elite Runner were Andrew Emberton (28^th),  Katie Hix (24^th), and Katie
Swindle(30^th).
