The MCJH Tigers get two wins in three days last week to run their record to 4-0 on the season. 

The Tigers hosted Gordonsville Tuesday night for homecoming.  After falling behind 14-0, the Tigers stormed back and scored 24 points in the 2nd quarter to lead by 10 at the half.  The Tigers pulled away in the 4th quarter to win 44-22.  Rushing: Carlisle 6 carries 60 yards 1 TD, Crawford 5 carries 72 yards, Bailey Law 3 Carries 84 yards 1TD, Swindle 2 carries 2 yards 1TD, Shrum 1 carry 13 1TD, Carman 1 carry 2 yards, Carnahan 1 carry -4 yards.  Carlisle also added a 65 yard punt return for a TD and a 75 yard kickoff return for a TD.  Jason Sewell led all tacklers with 6.  Tyler Swindle and Marshall Avera each had 5 tackles.  Carlisle, Whittemore, and Shrum had 4 tackles each. 

The MCJH Tigers hosted White House Heritage on Thursday night.  Carlisle scored on a 2 yard TD run on the opening drive to give the Tigers the lead 6-0.  Bailey law had a 55 yard TD run just before the half to give the Tigers a 12-0 lead. Law scored again in the 3rd quarter on a 38 yard TD run. Tigers led 18-0.  Caden Shrum intercepted a pass and took it 50 yards for a TD.  Law added the two point play to give the Tiger a 26-0 lead.  The Patriots got on the score board late in the 3rd on a 53 yard pass play but the Tigers answered right back as Law had a 53 TD run on the first play of the 4th period.  The final score was 34-6.  Rushing: Carlisle 9 carries 90 yard 1 TD, Law 8 carries 173 yards 3TD, Sewell  7 carries 30 yards, Carnahan 4 carries 17 yards, Crawford 3 carries 11 yards, Dickens 2 carries 18 yards, Swindle 2 carries 4 yards, Texcahua 1 carry 6 yards, Wilmore 1 carry 2 yards.  Tyler Swindle, Law, and Sewell has 4 tackles each.

The Tigers will host the JBSMS Yellow Jackets (Hartsville) this Tuesday night at Pat Parker field.  Come out and support the Tigers and “I’ll see you at the game.”
