Macon Tennis Season Underway

The Macon County High School boys’ tennis team started their season recently. On March 12th, they took on Livingston and fell short of a win at 2-5. On March 13th, they traveled to Cheatham County, but fell short again at 3-6.

On March 19th, they traveled to Cumberland University to pick up their first win again McClain Christian Academy, 8-1. On March 20th, the MCHS boys’ team picked up their second victory, defeating Sycamore 7-2.

On March 7th, the Macon County Junior High started their first season of tennis at Currey Ingram Academy. The boys’ team won 6-3 and the girls’ team won 3-2. On March 19th, they took on McClain Christian Academy. The boys’ team claimed their 2nd victory with a big win of 11-0. Girls also brought home a huge win at 11-0. They play their first home match of the season on March 22nd against Algood Middle School, depending the weather.
