MCHS Track Competes at Buster Relays

The Macon County Track team competed at Martin Luther King High School’s 2013 Buster Relays, held at Franklin Road Academy’ track.

Macon County’s Girls finish in 10th with 28 points, the Boys finish 20th with 2 points.

The Girl’s Distance Medley Relay team of Katie Hix, Katie Swindle, Jasmine Chaparro, and Logan Hernandez finished in 1st place in a time of 13:26.47, 1:02 ahead of 2nd place. They also set a new school record. The Sprint Medley Relay team of Taylor Stafford, Heaven Love, Brooklyn McClard and Katie Hix placed 6th in a time of 2:04.19, a new school record.
