Osborne Sentenced to 20 Years for Arson

Assistant District Attorney General Justin Harris represented the State during the trial on February 7, 2013, receiving a conviction for arson, before Judge David Durham.

Macon County Sheriffs Office Deputy Kyle Petty stated that Osborne was witnessed standing over the gas can while it was on fire.

Brian Osborne is being housed in the Macon County Jail where he has been incarcerated since April of 2011.
