The Macon County Tigerettes picked up two more wins this week.

They played in 4 more games in five days.

On Monday the 14th the Portland Panthers came to town. Now, have you ever had those days when nothing went right? That is what seemed to happen in this game. Paige Clark started the game and Connor Roddy came on in relief. Brandi Garmon had the only Macon hit and they lose to Portland 0-10.

On the 15th the Tigerettes travel to DeKalb County. This contest went into extra innings and in the 12th inning Mary Belton plates the winning run. Clark, Garmon, Lindsay Bennett, and Jordan Shockley (2) also score runs. Macon wins 5-4.

On Thursday the 17th the Tigerettes host Cannon County. Brandi Garmon pitches the shutout and the Tigerettes get a tough 2-0 District 8AA win. Garmon and Makenzie Mercer score the two runs while Mercer and Jenna Russell get credit with an RBI each.

On Saturday the 18th Macon traveled to Trousdale County. Paige Clark was the pitcher of record and is credited with a loss. The Tigerettes only manage to get 5 total hits but manage to plate 5 runs. However Trousdale scores more and takes a 9-5 win. Clark (2), Shockley, Garmon, and Belton score the runs for the Tigerettes.

This week Macon County host Central Magnet on the 22nd, travels to Friendship on the 23rd, and has an away game at Upperman on the 24th.
