According to the District Attorney’s Office, in Hartsville, the trial is set for Tuesday and Wednesday, January 27 and 28, 2015, in Macon County Circuit Criminal Court.

As previously reported in the Macon County Chronicle during October of 2012, then 19-year-old Danielle Jackson, of Bethpage, was driving an eastbound blue 1996 Chevy Lumnia shortly before 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday morning, October 9.
