In this action, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Clerk and Master from the Plaintiff’s Complaint being sworn to that the Defendant’s, David Hines and Elaine Wawraszek whose whereabouts and address are unknown so that ordinary process of law cannot be served; it is, therefore ORDERED that publication be made in THE MACON COUNTY CHRONICLE, a newspaper of general circulation published in the County of Macon, in the State of Tennessee for four (4) consecutive weeks, commanding said defendant to serve upon J.B. (Jack) Freedle, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 113 E. Main Street, Gallatin, TN, 37066, a copy of Answer to the Complaint on or before the 20th day of August, 2015, also file an Answer to the Complaint with the Clerk and Master at her office, 906 Hwy 52 By-Pass East, Lafayette, Tennessee, 37083 according to law. If you fail to do so Judgment by Default will be taken against you, the said defendant, for the relief demanded in the Complaint on the 4th day of September, 2015, 9:00 A.M., at the Trousdale County Courthouse, Hartsville, Tennessee.
