Sale at public auction will be on August 12, 2015 at 12:00PM local time, at the south door, Macon County Courthouse, 904 HWY. 52 Bypass East, Lafayette, Tennessee, pursuant to Deed of Trust executed by Ronnie Shockley and Jacqueline Shockley, to David R. Wilson, Trustee, on April 29, 2003 at Book TD328, Page 385; all of record in the Macon County Register’s Office.
Party entitled to enforce security interest: U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, in trust for registered holders of Chase Funding Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2003-4, its successors and assigns
The following real estate located in Macon County, Tennessee, will be sold to the highest call bidder subject to all unpaid taxes, prior liens and encumbrances of record:
BEGINNING at an iron pin new in the east margin of Red Hill Road, being the southwest corner of this tract and a comer to the remaining Shockley property, and said beginning point also being located north 40 degrees 45 minutes cast 159.29 feet from the common corner of the Shockley property and Berlin Doss property, described in deed book 30 page 550, in the center of Red Hill Road; thence with the east margin of Red Hill Road north 33 degrees 30 minutes 45 seconds east 172.52 feet to an iron pin new, being a corner to the remaining Shockley property, said point also being approximately 2177 feet south of the Tennessee-Kentucky state line; thence with a line severing the property of Shockley south 79 degrees 55 minutes 54 seconds east 164.78 feet to an iron pin new; thence south 7 degrees 59 minutes 03 seconds west 167.73 feet to an iron pin new; thence north 77 degrees 41 minutes 57 seconds west 239.71 feet to the point of beginning containing 0.76 acres more or less.
BEING the same property conveyed to Ronnie Shockley and wife, Jacqueline Shockley from Frankie Shockley and wife, Lavonia Shockley by deed dated 04/19/02, recorded 04/19/02 at 1:45 PM in Deed Book 245, pages 293-294, Register’s Office of Macon County, Tennessee.

If you purchase a property at the foreclosure sale, the entire purchase price is due and payable at the conclusion of the auction in the form of a certified/bank check made payable to or endorsed to Shapiro & Ingle, LLP. No personal checks will be accepted. To this end, you must bring sufficient funds to outbid the lender and any other bidders. Insufficient funds will not be accepted. Amounts received in excess of the winning bid will be refunded to the successful purchaser at the time the foreclosure deed is delivered.
