The following real estate located in Macon County, Tennessee, will be sold to the highest call bidder subject to all unpaid taxes, prior liens and encumbrances of record:

Lying in the Third (3rd) Civil District, Macon County, Tennessee and in the Green Grove Community of said County and State. This property is on the County Road that runs from Pleasant Valley Community to the Green Grove Community. Further described to-wit:
This servient parcel described to-wit: Bounded on the North by dominant parcel and being forty steps or yards in lgt. Bounded on the East by the dominant parcel and being 40 steps or yards deep. Bounded on the South by County Road and being forty steps or yards along the County Road that runs from Echo to Green Grove. Bounded on the West by Dominant parcel held by Henry Carr and being also forty steps or yards in depth.
This tract of land being forty steps or yards square and lying along the Echo to Green Grove County Road facing it 148 steps or yards East to the Charlie Allen Williams Corner and 266 steps or yards from a cross fence in the Dominant parcel now held by Rom Gregory, formerly Henry Carr.
