Sale at public auction will be on November 17, 2015 at 12:00PM local time, at the Macon County Courthouse, 104 County Courthouse, Lafayette, TN pursuant to Deed of Trust executed by Dustin R. Huntsman, to Joe Carter, Trustee, as trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Citizens Bank of LaFayette on April 24, 2013 at Book TD512, Page 338, Instrument No. 13001128; conducted by Shapiro & Ingle, LLP, a Tennessee limited liability partnership having been appointed Substitute or Successor Trustee, all of record in the Macon County Register’s Office. Default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of said Deed of Trust and the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable.

BEGINNING at an iron pin new in the southerly line of Poplar Grove Road, being the northeast corner of this trace and also a corner to Donald and Janet Doss as Described in Deed Book 97, Page 22; thence leaving the southerly line of Poplar Grove Road with the line of Doss South 8 degrees 14 minutes 30 seconds West 685.27 feet to an iron pin new in the fence, being a corner to the remaining Morris and Frances Roark property; thence leaving Doss with a line severing the Roark property North 81 degrees 45 minutes 56 seconds West 332.70 feet to an iron pin new by a 20″ oak tree; thence North 6 degrees 59 minutes 24 seconds West 231.70 feet to an iron pin new; thence south 89 degrees 42 minutes 13 seconds east 346.90 feet to an iron pin new; thence north 8 degrees 14 minutes 34 seconds East 448.39 feet to an iron pin new; being in the southerly line of Poplar Grove Road; thence leaving Roark with the southerly line of Poplar Grove Road along the arc of a curve to the right 60.80 feet, with a radius of 976.27 feet and a chord that bears south 47 degrees 04 minutes 25 seconds east 60.79 feet, to the point of beginning containing 2.60 acres more or less.
