Sale at public auction will be on February 9, 2016 at 10:00AM local time, at the  Macon County Courthouse, 104 County Courthouse, Lafayette, TN, pursuant to Deed of Trust executed by William Bennett Reed IV and Ashley Michelle Reed, to Harpeth Escrow, LLC, Trustee, on September 9, 2014 at Book TD531, Page 151, Instrument No. 14002560; corrected by scrivener’s affidavit at Book RB10, Page 147; all of record in the Macon County Register’s Office.
Party entitled to enforce security interest: JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, its successors and assigns
The following real estate located in Macon County, Tennessee, will be sold to the highest call bidder subject to all unpaid taxes, prior liens and encumbrances of record:
Lying and being in the 1st Civil District of Macon County, Tennessee, and being Lot 5, of the Brown Johnson Subdivision, a plat of which is of record in Plat Cabinet 2, Slide 190-A, Register’s Office, Macon County, Tennessee, reference to which is hereby made for a more complete and particular description of said lots.
BEING PART OF THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED TO TRACEY TUCK BY WARRANTY DEED FROM JAMES CHAMBERLAIN AND MICHAEL TAYLOR DATED 09/11/07 AND RECORDED ON 09/11/07 IN BOOK WD285, PAGE 306, SAID REGISTER’S OFFICE FOR SAID COUNTY.
Being the same property conveyed to WILLIAM BENNETT REED, IV AND ASHLEY MICHELLE REED, HUSBAND AND WIFE from TRACEY TUCK by Warranty Deed dated 09/09/14 and recorded on 9-25-14 in Book 326, Page 44, in the Register’s Office of MACON County, Tennessee.

All right of equity of redemption, statutory and otherwise, and homestead are expressly waived in said Deed of Trust, and the title is believed to be good, but the undersigned will sell and convey only as Substitute Trustee.
If you purchase a property at the foreclosure sale, the entire purchase price is due and payable at the conclusion of the auction in the form of a certified/bank check made payable to or endorsed to Shapiro & Ingle, LLP. No personal checks will be accepted. To this end, you must bring sufficient funds to outbid the lender and any other bidders. Insufficient funds will not be accepted. Amounts received in excess of the winning bid will be refunded to the successful purchaser at the time the foreclosure deed is delivered.
