Madden Indicted in Macon County

The indictment reads: “The Grand Jurors of Macon County, Tennessee, duly empanelled and sworn upon their oath present that Bradley Wayne Madden, in Macon County, Tennessee, and before the finding of this indictment, did unlawfully and intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly engage in sexual penetration of a person at least thirteen (13) but less than eighteen (18) years of age, and the defendent is at least four (4) years older than the victim, in violation of Tennessee Code Annotated 39-13-506, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Tennessee. Madden was incarcerated in Kentucy but signed extradiction papers and was transported back to Macon County. He made bond and has been released.

As previously reported in the Macon County Chronicle, Bradley’s father has been charged by Kentucky State Police with the kidnapping, rape and murder of 7-year-old Gabbi Doolin. He has pled not guilty to those charges.

 Following his father’s arrest, Bradley is accused of sending private, threatening messages to the Scottsville Police Department via the department’s Facebook page. He was charged there with 16 counts of third-degree terroristic threatening and 16 counts of intimidating a participant in the legal process.
