PUBLIC NOTICE
ATTENTION BUILDING AND REMODELING CONTRACTORS
Cumberland Regional Development Corporation (CRDC) is seeking eligible contractors to bid on rehabilitation work for residential homes in Macon County TN. The list of items to be repaired is as follows: FLOORING REPLACEMENT, ROOF REPLACEMENT, HVAC
Contractors must have a general and/or home improvement contractor’s license. Contractor must have current and valid Liability Insurance, Property Damage Insurance and Workman’s Compensation Insurance.
Deadline to receive bids is MARCH 1st, 2016, 4:00 pm. Contractors will need to contact Andy Meadows at 931-476-4124 by Feb. 23, 2016 by 4:30 to receive a bid package. CRDC reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Minority and female businesses are strongly encouraged to apply and participate in this program.
