Archer Arrested on Several Charges

Joshua A. Archer was arrested by Detective Shane Reed, of the Lafayette Police Department,  after the detective was informed that Archer was out of the Vanderbilt Burn Unit, following a 2015 explosion, and was harassing a young lady who already had an order of protection against him.
