Default having been made in the terms, conditions and payments made and provided for in a Deed of Trust executed by Derrick Patterson, which Deed of Trust is of record in Trust Deed Book 479, page 38, Register’s Office of Macon County, Tennessee, and the entire indebtedness having been declared due and payable as provided in said Deed of Trust, and payment not having been made as demanded, notice is hereby given that Radford A. West, Trustee, under
the power and authority vested in him and having been requested so to do by the lawful owner and holder of said debt, will on Wednesday, March 30, 2016, At 10:00 a.m. at the front door of the Courthouse in Macon County, Tennessee, sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, free from equity of redemption, homestead and dower and all other exemptions of every kind, all of which are expressly waived in said Deed of Trust, the following described parcel of land in the 1st District of Macon County, Tennessee:
Lying and being in the 1st Civil District of Macon County, Tennessee, and being Lot #7 (1.80 acres) of the Hickory Ridge Subdivision, a plat of which is of record in Plat Cabinet 3, Slide 6A, Register’s Office, Macon County, Tennessee.
BEING the same property conveyed to Derrick Patterson from Clint Law and wife, Laura Law on November 12, 2010, of record in Deed Book 303, page 399, Register’s Office, Macon County, Tennessee.
Address of Property: 365 Mary’s Lane, Lafayette, Tennessee
Interested Parties: Macon Bank & Trust Company, Lafayette, Tennessee, is the holder of the note which the Deed of Trust secures.
Capital One Bank, (USA) N.A. is a junior lien holder.
If applicable, the notice requirements of T.C.A. 35-5-117 have been met.
The right is reserved to adjourn the day of the sale to another day at a time certain, without further publication and in accordance with law, upon announcement of said adjournment on the day and time and place of sale set forth above.
