Winding Stairs Park Pavilion to be Named After Bill McClard

According to his wife Jean McClard, Bill used to walk to school that way and he always spoke fondly about his growing up years and his memories of the waterfalls. 

The late Mr. Bill McClard was a staple of this community and after everything he did for the citizens of Macon County, Friends Of Winding Stairs is naming the park pavilion after him.

The dedication is scheduled for the near future.
