On Monday afternoon, May 23, twenty-four-year-old Rodrell Watkins was operating a pickup truck on the Akersville Road, inside the Lafayette city limits, when he veered off the roadway, traveled thru a parking lot and hit a utility pole at the First Assembly of God.
