Special Agents from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation have arrested and charged two men in connection to an ongoing homicide investigation in Macon County.

At the request of 15th District Attorney General Tommy Thompson, TBI Special Agents began investigating the disappearance of a Trousdale County man, identified as Brandon Michael Fye (DOB 11-3-75). Authorities subsequently found Fye’s remains in a wooded area near Shrum Hollow Road in Macon County late Wednesday night. During the course of the investigation, Agents developed information which led to Stephen Earl Sullivan (DOB 3-12-96) and Dylan C. Ferguson (DOB 11-16-96) as the individuals responsible for the crime.

On Thursday, August 18, Agents arrested and charged Sullivan (LEFT BELOW) and Ferguson with one count of Criminal Homicide each. Ferguson was subsequently booked into the Macon County Jail, where, at the time of this release, he was being held without bond. Sullivan remains in the custody of the Trousdale County Jail on unrelated charges.
