MCJH and MCHS Cross Country teams traveled to Dickson, TN on Saturday morning to compete in the Dickson Invitational.

The teams were still able to compete despite the wet conditions. Elliot Mcguire got a personal record of 12:02 and placed 4th out of 176 participants. The rest of the Jr. High boys team ran
well on the wet course. Times were: Isaac Kirby 14:38, Dylan Smith 14:50, Cole Gibbs 14:59, Eli Woodard 15:20, and Bryson Davenport 16:49. Selena Rios finished 38th out of 165 girls in the middle
school division. Donavyn Green was 57th with a time of 15:45 and Kaelan Tucker’s time was 19:19.

The high school boys didn’t let the rain and mud slow them down. They finished with the following
Times: Isaac Wakefield 20:01, Jared Hill 20:16, Cameron Mercer 20:57, Isaac Marshall 22:35, Eric Davis 23:31, Joshua Morris 24:27, Ben Ellis 24:32, and Gregory Kirby 24:36.
