Lafayette Man Arrested; Drugs Hidden in Underwear

A Lafayette man was found to have his underwear full of drugs after his arrest for violating his probation last week. 

 

According to the report filed by Deputy William Tuck, 26-year-old Luke Dillon Roark was picked up for a state violation of probation and transported to the Macon County Jail for booking. 

During the booking process he was found to have various pills, crushed up pills and marijuana hidden in his underwear by deputies and guards.

Evidence was gathered by Deputy Tuck and the narcotics were taken into evidence to be sent to the TBI for further analysis and weight. 

Roark was charged with possession of a schedule II drug, possession of a schedule VII/VIII drug, introduction of drugs into a county institution, violation of probation and legend drugs: sell, give, obtain on Thursday, December 13. 

His bond was set at $20,000 and he is scheduled to appear in general sessions court on January 23, 2019.
