NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated October 30, 2009, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded November 10, 2009, in Book No. TD466, at Page 112, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Macon County, Tennessee, executed by Brian Dallas and Wendy Dallas, conveying certain property therein described to Arnold M. Weiss, ESQ. as Trustee for Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A..
