RBS Church of Christ Offers Free Breakfast on Thanksgiving Day

Red Boilings Springs Church of Christ members want to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday by inviting you and yours to dig into a free Thanksgiving Day breakfast on Thursday, November 28, 2019 between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.

 

“Everybody is invited,” said church member Chuck Jordan. “Most of us enjoy a good, homemade meal on Thanksgiving Day but there are people who don’t have that luxury. We want to reach out to the people who don’t have the means to enjoy a homemade Thanksgiving Day meal and anyone who might be lonely on this holiday. It’s not a matter of rich or poor, it’s our church’s way of giving back to the community and showing God’s grace.”

This is the fifth time the church has hosted a free Thanksgiving Day meal, prepared entirely by members of the congregation. 

“We look forward to sharing God’s blessing with everyone,” Chuck added.
