Willette Fire Dept. to Provide Free Christmas Dinner Dec. 18
In the true spirit of the holiday season, the Willette Volunteer Fire Department is providing a free community Christmas dinner with all the trimmings at the fire station this Saturday, December 18, 2021.
The Christmas dinner will be served from 12 noon till 4 p.m. and if you aren’t able to get out, they will deliver. For delivery you may begin calling at 11 a.m.
“This is the time of the year when people are looking forward to the Christmas holidays,” said Willette Fire Chief Danny Dozier. “And we would like to invite everyone to come out and enjoy a delicious Christmas dinner with us at the fire hall.”
“We will be serving ham, turkey and dressing, and all the fixings, including dessert,” said the chief.
“If you know someone that would like a good Christmas dinner, but can’t get out, please let us know,” noted Dozier.
“In remembering our savior who was born on Christmas day, we want to make sure everyone has a good Christmas meal, and we would be honored for you to join us this Saturday, December 18,” concluded the chief.
