620 Pelham Inc. held a job fair this past Saturday, January 14, announcing they were bringing a sewing business to Red Boiling Springs, setting up in the former Racoe Building at 327 College Street, Red Boiling Springs.
“We hope to be in operation by the end of February,” Co-owner Larry Jones said, mentioning they intend to fill 40 jobs to begin with.
620 Pelham, formerly Omega Apparel Inc. bills itself as a Veteran-owned company that makes apparel with military and first responder themes, specializing in manufacturing dress trousers, slacks, and skirts for the U.S. Military, and will be manufacturing Army Dress Pants at the Red Boiling Springs location.
620 Pelham is offering: • Minimum pay $ 12.80 per hour at 80% • Payment for Production up to $ 16.00 per hour • Attendance Bonus • Health Insurance • Dental and Vision • Paid Holidays • two set vacation payments: One week on the 4th of July, and one week Christmas holidays

Weekly Schedule: Monday – Thursday from 6:45 a.m. – 4 p.m. Friday: 6:45- 11:45 a.m. Break Schedule: 1ST- 9:15AM -9:30AM, Lunch – 12:30PM -1:00 PM, 2ND – 2:40PM – 2:50
