Angela Lancaster
Angela Marie Meador Lancaster was born into this world on May 12, 1979, to the late Fred Stephen Meador and Linda Roberta Mayberry Meador. She departed this life for her Heavenly Home on Sunday, February 19, 2023, at the age of forty-three years, nine months, and seven days.
Along with her parents, Angie was also preceded in death by her Brother, Donnie Mayberry; Paternal Grandfather, Billy Wayne Meador and wife, Mary; Paternal Grandmother, Ellen Bennet Willis Meador; Maternal Grandparents, Bertrum Mayberry and Hessie Margaret Gilliam Mayberry; Aunts, Mary Joyce “GiGi” Holliman and Dorothy Anne Meador; and Brother-in-law, Robert McCabe.
Angie was saved by The Lord’s Sweet Grace and was a member at New Salem Baptist Church. She married Novis Eugene Lancaster on December 4, 2015. Angie was employed at the Fountain Run Water District as a Utility Clerk. Angie had a very special love for her family. She cherished every moment spent with them. Angie loved to go camping and she and Novis would go for weeks at the time. Angie enjoyed woodworking and gardening, and she loved all of her animals very much. Angie was the heart and soul of her family. Her big heart and her bright eyes and smile will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and acquaintances.
Angie Lancaster is survived by; Husband, Novis Lancaster; Daughter, Sarah Card and husband, Jeremiah; Son, Cody Issac Dean and Hailey Bennett; Step-Daughters, Tiffany Dillehay and husband, Jeremy and Christy Fisher and husband, Keith; Step-Grandsons, Nicholas Dillehay, Charlie Hopper, and Kolby Fisher; Sisters, Sandy Tucker and husband, Harold, Becky Meador and husband, Terry, and Stephanie Legon; Nephews, Billy Joe Meador and Ashley Hoskins, Jesse Tuck, and Michael Tucker; Niece, Emily Bray; and Sister-in-law, Ricky McCabe. A host of great-nieces and nephews and cousins also survive.
Funeral services for Angela Marie Meador Lancaster were conducted on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, from The Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Brother Marty Meador and Brother Jackie Wakefield officiating.
