Aubrey Allen Smith, Jr., age 86 of Hendersonville & formerly of Macon County, TN passed away Thursday morning, July 27, 2023 at Carriage Crossing Senior Living of Rivergate, TN.

Funeral Services for Aubrey Allen Smith, Jr. were conducted Monday, July 31, 2023 at 12:00 noon from the chapel of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN with Ben Smith offi ciating. Interment followed in the Smith Family Cemetery. His nephews served as pallbearers.

Aubrey Allen Smith, Jr. was born December 13, 1936 in Macon County, Tennessee, one of fourteen siblings born to the late Aubrey A. Smith, Sr & Ruth Ella Anderson Smith. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by son, Danny Smith; brothers, Donald, Eddie, Morris, J.W., & Harold Smith; sister, Patricia Brendle; & Mother of his Children, Ruth Brockette Smith Kirkland. Aubrey worked in Manufacturing with a Leadership Management Role for many years and was a member of the Willette Church of Christ.

Survivors include: Daughters & Sons-in-law, Shawanna & Mike Jenkins of RBS, Samantha & Jim Smith of Hendersonville, Simona Thomas of Clarksville, Grandchildren, Janet & Chris Strode, Darrell & Lori Smith, Chiann Thomas, Judson & Tara Thomas, Great-Grandchildren, Christian Strode, Hayden Strode, Nash Allen Smith, Cecilia Smith, Sisters, Margie Turner of Lafayette, Nancy & Keith Cornwell of Mt. Juliet, Brothers, Prentice & Dean Smith of Carthage, Kenneth & Gail Smith, William & Gail Smith all of RBS, Calvin & Linda Smith of Cookeville, Ralph & Sandra Smith, Sisters-in-law, Rebecca Smith, Patty Smith all of RBS, Pam Smith of Nashville, numerous nieces and nephews.
