Substitute Trustee Foreclosure- Jeffrey Warren & Brooke Lane

WHEREAS, Jeffrey A’Dale Warren and Brooke Lane executed a Deed of Trust to A. Russell Brown, Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for CalCon Mutual Mortgage LLC dba OneTrust Home Loans, on May 21, 2021 and recorded on May 24, 2021 in Book RB 129, Page 759, Instrument No. 21002212 in the Office of the Register of Macon County, Tennessee.

WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the debt(s) and obligation(s) thereby secured by the said Deed of Trust and the current holder of said Deed of Trust Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC (the “Holder”), appointed the undersigned, McMichael Taylor Gray, LLC, as Substitute Trustee, with all the rights, powers and privileges of the original Trustee named in said Deed of Trust; and

NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable as provided in said Deed of Trust by the Holder, and that as agent for the undersigned, McMichael Taylor Gray LLC, Substitute Trustee, by virtue of the power and authority vested in it, will on September 28, 2023, at 12:00PM  at 906 Highway 52 Bypass East, Lafayette, TN 37083 at the Macon County Courthouse, Tennessee, proceed to sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Macon County, TN:

LYING AND BEING in the 1st Civil District of Macon County, Tennessee and being Tract No. 59 of the final subdivision plat for Long Pointe, Section D, a plat of which is of record in Plat Cabinet 1, Slide 173-B (erroneously referenced as Plat Cabin 1, Slide 273-B in prior deed), Register’s Office of Macon County, Tennessee, to which reference is here made for a more complete description of said lot.

Being the property conveyed to Jeffrey Warren and Brooke Lane, from Mike Kingery and Kelly Kirby, by warranty deed, dated 5-21-21, recorded 5-24-21, in Record Book RB 129,Page 757, Register’s Office of Macon County, Tennessee.
