HENDERSON, to KERRY WEBB, Trustee, on November 9, 2018, at Record Book RB67, Page 641-653 as Instrument No. 18003551 in the real property records of Macon County Register’s Office, Tennessee.

The following real estate located in Macon County, Tennessee, will be sold to the highest call bidder subject to all unpaid taxes, prior liens and encumbrances of record:
Lying and being located in the 1st Civil District of Macon County, Tennessee, and in the City of Lafayette, Tennessee, and being Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Block C of the Donoho Farm Subdivision No. 1 to the city of Lafayette, Tennessee, as shown on plat of record in Deed Book 56, page 464, now Plat Cabinet 1, slide 81-8, Register`s Office for Macon County, Tennessee, to which plat reference is hereby made for a more complete description of said lots.
Being the same property conveyed to Phillip J. Henderson Sr., unmarried man, by Warranty Deed from 3D Rentals, LLC of record in Book RB 67, page 639, Register`s Office for Macon County, Tennessee.

This property is being sold with the express reservation that the sale is subject to confirmation by the lender or trustee. If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the purchase price.
