Kathy Smalling

Kathy Dale Middleton Smalling was born on November 17, 1956, in Mishawaka, Indiana, to the late Richard Dale Middleton and Lila Mae Irvin Fishburn.

She married James Junior Smalling on November 17, 2004, and they have been blessed to spend nineteen years together. Along with her parents, Kathy Smalling was also preceded in death by two Grandchildren, Courtney Hines and Dalena Brawner; and Brother, Kenny Middleton. Kathy was of the First Baptist belief.

She loved her little dog and enjoyed going to yard sales. On Friday evening, October 27, 2023, Kathy Dale Middleton Smalling was called to her eternal home. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Jackie Wayne Brawner, and Brandon Lee Brawner; Grandchildren, Vanessa Hines, Mason Hines, Bryson Farley, Lindsey Farley, Bailey Brawner, Richard Brawner, Peyton Brawner, Braysha Boyd, and Branlee Brawner; Fur Baby, Spike; Sisters, Donna Middleton and companion, David Smalling, Peggy Bowe and husband, Leon, and Ruth Mortensen and husband, Eric; and Brother, Mark Middleton.

Graveside services and interment for Kathy Dale Middleton Smalling were
conducted on Friday, November 3, 2023, from The Macon County Memorial Gardens with Reverend William Nichols officiating.
