12 Bags of Meth Found In Man’s Bedroom

A 46-year-old Westmoreland man was found to have 12 bags of methamphetamine in his bedroom after local law enforcement executed a search warrant on June 5, 2024.
According to the affidavit of complaint Macon County Detective Jacob McClard, along with other deputies and detectives, executed the search warrant at 1891 Clifty Road, the residence of Kirk Carroll.
The 12 bags of methamphetamine were discovered inside a shoebox in Caroll’s bedroom.
Also discovered in the home were multiple Ziploc baggies believed to be used for the resale of methamphetamine, a digital scale, and a syringe.
Carroll was arrested and charged with manufacturing of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
His bond was set at $145,000, and he is scheduled to appear in general sessions court on June 26, 2024.
