Christopher Bullington

A 29-year-old Westmoreland man was arrested last week after being indicted on 18 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor by a Macon County Grand Jury on June 3, 2024.

According to Macon County Detective Jacob McClard, the 18 charges come in addition to 17 charges of aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor that the defendant, Christopher Bullington, was arrested for in December of 2022.

In the 2022 case against Bullington, law enforcement discovered he was selling nude photos of  local individuals on the social media platform, Reddit.

Following his arrest, a computer and two cell phones were confiscated by police during a search of his residence. This devices were handed over to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security for data extraction.

In May of 2024, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security reported they located 17 photos and one video of juveniles engaging in sexual acts on the devices belonging to Bullington.

The additional 18 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor were presented to a Macon County Grand Jury earlier this month, and it was determined there was enough evidence to indict Mr. Bullington.

He was arrested on June 10, 2024, and is scheduled to appear in general sessions court on September 3, 2024.
