I hate to be a bearing of bad news, but I have a message for all the atheists agnostics, modernists, liberals, the progressives, yea even the Muslims: GOD ISN’T GOING AWAY. “From everlasting to everlasting, thou art God” (Psalms 98:2). He’s here, and he isn’t going away, not ever, And because we live in America, with a Constitution guaranting each of us Freedom of Religion and Freedom of Speech, we aren’t about to buckle down to the likes of a growing anti-God element in this country, whose goal is to banish God from every aspect of our society.

The front page of Sunday’s Tennessean raised the question: “How Does God Fit in At School?” he fits in the same way he does in the home, in government, in school, in the marketplace, yea, everywhere.

God is omnipresent and no group of liberal supporters of the anti-God persuasim can rid our God from our lives, students can lead prayers at ballgames, can lead prayer at graduation and that’s a fact and there isn’t anything that can be done about it. I watched and listened recently as one young man- a student, got up fro his seat and lead a prayer. Two more students at another graduation invoiced the blessing of God upon the seniors. I take my hat off to them. The same goes for the Sumner County School System who is refusing to bow down to the destroyers of our freedom.

We want to bow down. We won’t move one inch. And our God isn’t going to roll over and play dead. Wife, just coming home, to husband: “I’ve been to karate class, so dinner will be late. Want to make something of it.” Pardon the grammar, but the majority id Americans believe in God, and they aren’t going away, including this writer, and so we ask: “Want to make something of it.”
