Thirteen-year-old Judi Juarez, who was reported missing by her parents from their Red Boiling Springs home last week, was found in Huntsville, Alabama, the day after a Middle Tennessee AMBER Alert was activated at the request of the Macon County Sheriffs Department.

Juarez was found at a Huntsville residence with 22-year-old Jose Martin Cano, who was arrested by law enforcement officers on charges of kidnapping.

Cano was extradited back to Macon County on Monday, Sept. 28th, where he will appear in Macon County General Sessions Court on October 7th. Cano’s bond is set at $30,000.
According to Macon County Sheriffs Department detective Daryl Taylor, Juarez was picked up by her parents in Huntsville the day she was found and appeared to be unharmed.
