Twenty-nine-year-old Jerry W. Stevens, of Scottsville, Kentucky, was charged with theft of property under $500, aggravated burglary and vandalism after confessing to the January 2010 robbery of Dixon’s Market, located on Rocky Mound Rd. in Westmoreland.
During the January market robbery, the store windows were shattered and cigarettes and beer were stolen.
Stevens, who is currently incarcerated for another crime at the Sumner County Jail, is scheduled to appear in Macon County General Sessions Court on April 28th. Bond was set at $10,000.
