RBS Council Member Accused of Harassment

An offense report was filed with the Jackson County, Tennessee, Sheriffs Department against Red Boiling Springs City Council member Stevie Newberry on Wednesday, September 29, that accuses Mr. Newberry of phone harassment.

The offense report also states that Mr. Newberry would “block his phone number so she would not know who was calling her,” and that “Stevie would not leave her alone and kept on calling.”

While no charges have been made against Newberry, the victim warns in the report that she will get a warrant for his arrest if the alleged harassment continues.
