With warm weather on the horizon, and bride and grooms planning their big day, Lafayette merchants on the square will host the 2nd Annual Bridal Fair, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, February 26th, to remind local couples that we offer one stop shopping for all wedding needs right here on the public square.

During the afternoon, several merchants will be showcasing their products for the bride and groom to be, and door prizes will be given away. Registration for gift certificates will also be available.

Participating businesses are McClard’s Gifts, Cathy’s Florist, Johnson Jewelers, Linda’s Catering, Macon Department Store, Indigo Blues, Gibson’s Café, and the Macon County Chronicle.

Everything that the happy couple might desire in preparation for the big day is available, including, tuxedo rentals from Indigo Blues; dinner rehearsals and catering from Gibson’s Café and Linda’s Catering; engagement rings and wedding bands from Johnson Jewelers; wedding arches, bouquets and boutonnieres from Cathy’s Florist; shoes, suits, dress shirts & ties from Macon Department Store; Bridal Registry, guest books, imprinted napkins, etc. from McClard’s Gifts; and engagement & wedding photos published free in the Macon County Chronicle.
