First Annual Armour's Hotel Music Festival this Saturday

The time is finally here, for the next saga in the legacy of Red Boiling Springs, and Dennis and Debra Emery are excited to announce the 1st Annual Armour’s Music Festival on Saturday, August 6th from 11 a.m. till 8 p.m. on the grounds of the Armour Hotel.

The excitement surrounding the event is tied directly to the musical line up with such talents as #29 Band, Silver Eagles, Cody Hull Band, Lance Wing, Jeff’s Organic Band, The Ramblin Country Boys, and Clovis York, performing throughout the day. Food, including hot dogs and BBQ, along with desserts and snow cones, will be available on the premises and arts & crafts booths are welcome.

Forget the days when you had to stand in line to buy a ticket to hear good music, and grab a lawn chair and drive a few miles to Red Boiling Springs for an afternoon of wonderful entertainment with your friends and neighbors for only $5.

“We’re not professional event promoters,” Dennis said late Sunday afternoon, “but we want to bring people back to Red Boiling Springs. We are even talking about the possibility of resurrecting the Festival of Healing Arts in conjunction with Vision 20/20 and if we have a good turnout this Saturday we could combine both events, to once again breath life back into our rural community.”

“Our facility and our grounds are open to the public and you are cordially invited to spend this Saturday with us, for a day of good music and food. Bring the family and pick out a spot under the shade trees and relax for a few hours, while the songs bring a smile to your face.”

Vendors are free with paid $5 admission and all shade tree pickers and jammers are welcome. For more information call the Innkeepers at (615) 699-2180 or log onto
