Twenty-five-year-old Jacob Ray Sullivan, of Lafayette, was pronounced dead at the scene after falling 40 feet from the rooftop of Brannen’s Tobacco Warehouse last Friday, December 11.
Sullivan was working to repair the roof of the warehouse which is located in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
No foul play is expected, but the investigation will continue.
Jacob Sullivan is survived by a son, Jeremiah Sullivan, mother, Tammy Sullivan, father, Phillip Sullivan, brother, Jared Sullivan and sister, Makayla Sullivan.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 15, at 11 a.m. at Alexander Funeral Home in Lafayette.
