Funeral Services for Clodene Ford, age 77 of the Hermitage Springs Community in Clay County were conducted Friday morning, October 2, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs with Dewayne Fox officiating.
Interment followed in the Smith Chapel Cemetery in Red Boiling Springs. Her pallbearers were Cody Richardson, Trey Richardson, Dylan Richardson, Garrett Ford, Jessie Hesson and Don Harper.
Clodene was pronounced dead on arrival Monday evening, September 28, 2009 at the Macon County General Hospital in Lafayette, TN. She was born March 24, 1932 in Clay County, TN, the daughter of the late Chester Elvin and Alta Sisco Ford. Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brothers, Lanes Ford and infant, Noel Ford. Clodene was a garment factory worker for many years.
