Survivors include daughter: Lisa Rolin of Red Boiling Springs, TN, sons: Ricky Phillips of Bowling Green, KY, Brett Phillips of Lafayette, TN., and Terry, Dewayne, and James Phillips all of Whitleyville, TN, brother: Jack Dodson of Red Boiling Springs, TN, 12 grandchildren, one step-grandchild and four great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by husband: William Phillips, Sr. and son: William Phillips. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at 10 a.m. from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home in Celina, TN. Burial will be in the Cherry Cemetery on McCormick Ridge with Bro. Mickey Clements officiating.
